A group of employees of the Research Institute of Crop Husbandry watched the competitions of the Azerbaijani junior weightlifting championship.

The Azerbaijani weightlifting championship among boys and girls, organized by the Ministry of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Azerbaijan Weightlifting Federation, has started today. The competitions were held on May 13-15 for 3 days. The competitions were attended by teenage boys and girls of different ages and weight classes. Then awarding ceremonies were held.

It should be noted that Shohrat Vakilov, Advisor to the Minister of Agriculture, and Anar Huseynov, an employee of the Ministry, participated in the competitions as winners, and employees of a number of agencies subordinated to the Ministry participated as spectators. Employees from the  Research Institute o0f Crop Husbandry, led by Deputy Director Shikar Ahmadov, also watched the competitions.
