On 12.03.2019, the next meeting of the Scientific Council was held with the participation of doctoral, dissertant and scientific leaders of the Institute of Research Institute of Crop Husbandry. The director of the Institute, Javanshir Talai, discussed the issues related to the approval of the doctoral dissertation and doctoral theses for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy and the approval of scientific advisors and scientific advisers.
