A training seminar was held in Quba SAIC
In accordance with the Action Plan of the Ministry of Agriculture, on 10 June 2019, Sevindik Dunyamaliev, a leading researcher at the Department of Sustainable Agriculture and Plant Diversification of the Research Institute of Crop Husbandry, told farmers in Guba District Center for Agro-technical Support to Cereals(with corn) and cereal-leguminous plants timely, qualitative performance and compliance with safety rules ".
22 farmers involved in agriculture were involved in the training. Sevindik Dunyamaliyev noted in his speech that the purpose of the seminar is to provide timely, uninterrupted and quality supply of high-yielding products in the region, as well as to provide scientific advice on improving the material well-being of farmers and discuss existing problems and issues. At the same time, trainees are advised to follow safety guidelines for timely, uninterrupted harvesting. To this end, the farmers were explained how to carry out the most important measures for flood control in the field, filling the protective strips 3-4 meters wide, cleaning and dumping of crush and warehouses, and the completion of the water channels for the normal operation of the harvester in the irrigated areas.
Discussions were held during the training, farmers' questions were answered.
